You know very well how absolutely condescending and disrespectful you were to myself and my husband by questioning our reasoning behind submitting a claim to begin with. We have been a customer of yours for over 30+ years and have never submitted a claim of any kind till THIS year! How DARE YOU QUESTION OR REASON FOR SUBMITTING A VALID CLAIM!!! State Farm messed up our claims by filing for an incorrect issue prolonging our claim and YOU have the audacity to make us sound like degenerates!! You’re a terrible excuse for a human being and agent! You were supposed to advocate for us yet you made matters far worse!"
